Position Summary

Associate, Client Service, Vietnamese Speaker, Hong Kong

Our client, a prominent information services firm headquartered in the United Kingdom, is expanding its operations and is looking for an Associate for Client Service (Vietnamese Speaker) BASED IN HONG KONG.

Daily Responsibilities of an Associate

As an Associate within the Client Service team, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the specialized knowledge they require. Your daily activities will involve engaging in multiple initiatives from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations who are in need of expert insights for their decision-making processes. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across various projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Experts: Conducting numerous phone discussions with experts who are ideal matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding the project and market dynamics along with the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to your clients and experts.
  • Managing all facets of your projects, from initiating and overseeing client-expert communications to meticulously coordinating calls for effective collaboration.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Strong academic credentials (minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree).
  • Demonstrated extracurricular achievements during academic tenure.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese at a C2 level; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
