  • Proactively follow up on leads to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports and time sheets to track sales activities effectively
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the sales team and overall business objectives
