Job Requirements:
As a Receptionist and Administrative Officer at Eureka Language Services Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office administration activities, and performing various administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and have a good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle reception-related tasks such as greeting guests, monitoring voicemail, handling mail and arranging couriers' services.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties including data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, and accurate data management.
  • Monitor office administration activities like managing expenses, handling room bookings, maintaining office supplies, and arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by a supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience and a good command of computer applications are essential requirements for this role.
