Carpool, Reception & Event Support Professional

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of carpool services, ensuring efficient transportation for employees and guests.
  • Maintain an up-to-date driver roster, assigning drivers to specific trips based on availability and need.
  • Coordinate with catering services and arrange meals for events.
  • Organize transportation logistics and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs for events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in hospitality, tourism and event management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in carpool management, reception & event or related support roles.
  • Experience within a travel agency or similar environment is preferred, showcasing an understanding of travel logistics and client service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, particularly during peak times or special events.
