About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Administrative Officer to join our team at Eureka Language Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various reception-related tasks, including greeting and serving guests, monitoring the voicemail system, and arranging couriers' services. They will also perform administrative and clerical duties such as data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, and accurate data management.

Key Performance Indicators
* Handle a variety of reception-related tasks including greeting and serving guests, monitoring the voicemail system, handling incoming/outgoing mail, arranging couriers' services, etc.
* Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, accurate data management and material support for school clients
* Monitor office administration activities such as managing expenses, handling room bookings, managing office supplies, arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of office environment (e.g. reception area and meeting rooms), etc.
* Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by a supervisor when necessary

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. They must possess excellent telephone manners and communication skills, be pleasant, mature, flexible, responsible, and well-organized. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential. Good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing is also required.
