We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to drive the growth of our institutional business.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the FinTech industry, with a strong background in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new institutional clients, and growing existing relationships.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a mid-senior level professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
