GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited seeks a highly skilled Institutional Sales Director to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Promote and distribute the Company's products, including fixed income, structured products, and equities, to institutional clients.
  • Build and expand our institutional client franchise through strategic relationship development and business growth initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and products, integrating market understanding into actionable ideas and recommendations for institutional clients.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in institutional sales with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results.
  • Degree and above in business-related disciplines with excellent knowledge of equity market products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and a good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Spoken Mandarin and written Chinese required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the Company's products.
  • Network and establish new business connections within the institutional client community.
