The specialist will also focus on achieving and surpassing established performance metrics.
- Deliver an inbound customer response service through various channels including telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns across different platforms.
- Foster and enhance positive client relationships by embodying the brand's core values and maintaining integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Strive to elevate personal and team customer relationship standards to ensure a 'premium' service experience.
- Utilize innovative strategies for resolving client issues and share successful solutions within the team.
- Accurately input information into internal systems and initiate updates to the customer relationship management database as necessary.
- Compile precise data for performance statistics and workload assessments.
- Cultivate strong working relationships within the Christian Dior network.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in delivering luxury customer service.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.

- Capability to identify and implement improvements.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
