We provide a full spectrum of corporate banking services, including syndication loans, treasury, transaction banking, financial advisory, project finance, merger and acquisition, leveraged finance, structured finance, etc.
As part of our Deposit and Remittance Section, you will support operational & administrative activities related to Remittance & Cash Management products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To support remittance processing, payment enquiry & investigation, FPS, and other related activities;
- To comply with internal procedures, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
- To liaise with internal & external stakeholders and support section operations;
- To ensure daily processing / reporting are properly executed within pre-defined cut-off time and timely escalation for irregular cases;
- To support projects & ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors / section head;
You will work closely with colleagues and clients to amplify your sphere of influence and base of knowledge as part of one of the largest—and growing—banks in the world.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A university degree or above with a major in Banking, Finance, or Accounting;
- Around 2 years' experience of remittance processing and services or back office operation in the Banking industry;
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of PC skills including MS Office;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
