As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance department with various data projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with the finance team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

2. Designing and implementing efficient data processing and analysis solutions using SQL and Python.

3. Transferring and transforming data from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights.

4. Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.

5. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

6. Providing training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a finance-related industry.

3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation techniques.

4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

5. Experience in dashboard creation is an advantage.

6. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

8. A positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
