Job Description

Purpose:

As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst Lead at PFCC Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic data-driven solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop comprehensive data strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, and provide recommendations for enhancements and system upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Communication: Articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reporting, management information (MI), data visualization tools, and other business intelligence (BI) tools is preferred.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics.
