Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our network. If you have a passion for strategic planning, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify data and operational requirements, then recommend solutions to ensure project success.
  • Plan and lead meetings and workshops with IT and business units to outline business visions and gather functional requirements.
  • Evaluate the current situation to determine user needs, promote stakeholder involvement, maximize value through prioritized artifacts, facilitate clear communication, guide development teams, and support iterative improvements based on feedback and changing requirements.
  • Determine data requirements and specifications for extraction and integration within the Adobe platform.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Work with end-users to ensure developed systems meet their needs.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with compliance or legal-related IT projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential.
