About the Role
HKMC ANNUITY LIMITED is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support, coordinating interview arrangements, and assisting with employee life cycle formalities.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR and office administration support to the team;

Coordinate interview arrangements and assist in the formalities of employee life cycle, including on-boarding and separation documents;

Support daily administration duties such as procurement, payment requests, and facility maintenance;

Prepare staff personnel files and perform filing;

Handle training requests and logistics;

Provide ad hoc support from time to time;

The employment will be on a 1-year contract basis subject to renewal.


Requirements:

University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or insurance industry;

A good team player, detail-minded and self-motivated with good prioritization skills;

Good command of English and Chinese;

Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate.
