Sales Professional Lead

Classy Wheeler Limited seeks an experienced sales professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts as a Sales Manager (Enterprise or Government/Public). This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets through strategic sales planning, customer relationship development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective marketing events and campaigns are deployed to targeted customers.
- Lead the development of a portfolio of key customers in MNCs and drive sales growth within these accounts.
- Analyze market trends and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market developments.
- Proven sales experience in IT & Telecom industry with minimum 3 years' experience and a strong track record of success.
- Knowledge of telecom products and ICT solutions, with ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to customers.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua required, with good command of spoken and written Chinese.
- Frequent travel may be required to attend meetings and events.
