About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Immerse Languages Institute, a leading language centre offering over 12 languages.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their language learning needs, and recommending suitable courses to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about our language courses and services.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' language learning objectives and recommend suitable courses.
- Promote language courses to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Follow up with clients and prospects during non-working hours to ensure timely communication and conversion of leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Grade B or above in DSE English.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (conversation and typing) is essential.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the service industry (language teaching experience an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work 5.5 days a week and be available to follow up with cases during non-working hours as needed.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: HKD 15,000 - HKD17,000 per month.
