At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a seasoned Distinguished BMS/HVAC Sales Expert to join our team in Hong Kong & Macau. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to monitor and supervise sales activities and help achieve yearly sales targets for the BMS/HVAC service sales team. This includes ensuring design specifications align with project scope and meet local authorities' and clients' requirements.

  • Support the team in collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure Service contracts for the BMS/HVAC market in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Develop innovative BMS/HVAC base and energy improvement solutions to support clients and consultants on building systems.
  • Achieve annual sales targets in line with Company objectives and direction, evaluating tender estimates on secured contracts to ensure cost-effective contract fulfillment.
  • Liaise with sales personnel to minimize lead times for contract execution and material ordering.
  • Supervise the Service sales team and be responsible for overall planning on sales activities, tendering, negotiation processes, marketing, and promotional functions.
  • Ensure quality work satisfaction meets customers' expectations and Company goals, achieving satisfactory productivity, efficiency, and effective results.
  • Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or their representatives, proactively following up on customer requirements.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction with completed contracts, maintaining a positive, supportive, and hospitable attitude to develop long-term service relationships.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' BMS/HVAC related sales experience.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Influencing and negotiation skills plus exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking, and able to work under pressure.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of HK$550,000 - HK$650,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
