About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group Assistant Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's engineering systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring hotel engineering works, conducting tender analysis, and implementing new technologies. If you have a passion for engineering and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring hotel engineering works and tackling ad-hoc hotel projects' technical problems;
  • Conduct tender analysis and hotels monthly on-site inspection/audit;
  • Assist hotels in monitoring Preventive Maintenance Programme (PMP) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
  • Identify, evaluate and implement Builder's Work, E&M & ESG new technologies;
  • Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system;
  • Handle enquiries on all related issues and prepare investigation reports for technical issues;
  • Perform any tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by superior.
