MTR Corporation's Senior Maintenance Officer-Property(Residential) plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, from inspections to reporting.

We are seeking a qualified professional with a strong background in building services, electrical, or mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience and a Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker. In addition to these qualifications, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

As a Senior Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Coordinating maintenance works with external contractors.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
