Salary
A competitive salary and benefits package awaits you Based on industry standards and location, we estimate an attractive compensation of HKD160,000 per annum (excluding benefits) for this role.
About the Job
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Customer Contact Centre. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer calls and emails regarding group medical, individual financial and wealth management products.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries and requests.
- Working closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or service centre environment.
- HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification required; IIQE 1,3,5 preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, and mature personality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent service attitude, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards.

This role is based in our office in Hong Kong.
