Job Purpose:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for performing Telesales roles and responsibilities to cross-sell loan products to customers through making outbound calls and receiving inbound hotline. You will deliver consistent quality services to customers and achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote the bank's loan products to new and existing customers to generate business revenue.
- Provide feedback to Managers on Marketing campaigns and ideas for enhancements.
- Achieve sales targets and meet service standards.
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary education with a minimum of 1 year's working experience.
- Relevant experience in sales or customer services is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, aggressive, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
