About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of luxury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and other support staff.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to meet luxury standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory of amenities and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste and costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a managerial role in a luxury five-star hotel.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
