About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you'll be responsible for leading and supervising a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and other staff members.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to meet luxury standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they are properly cleaned, well-maintained, and stocked with amenities.
- Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, luxury service delivery, attention to detail, and guest expectations.
- Manage the inventory of amenities and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the front desk, engineering, and other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Enforce safety regulations and compliance with health and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- A minimum of three to five years' experience in a managerial role in a luxury five-star hotel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
