Key Responsibilities

• Verify guest room status and communicate with the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.

• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet our quality standards.

• Supervise and support an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public spaces.

• Understand and manage the impact of departmental operations on the overall property's financial goals and objectives.

• Verify that all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties effectively.

• Communicate areas that need attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding.

• Supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations and verify compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field; no work experience required.
