Job Title: Vice President of Facilities and Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Facilities and Services to join our team at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. As a key member of our Corporate Services department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our facilities and services, including property management, engineering and maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and travel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities and services, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our facilities and services, including property management, engineering and maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and travel management.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for the delivery of facilities and services, including property managers, engineers, housekeeping staff, caterers, and travel coordinators.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities and services, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall financial goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all facilities and services are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in facilities and services, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and supply chain management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in facilities and services management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, engineering and maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and travel management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
