Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including account document review, data entry, and communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Assist in reviewing account documents for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the office, including data entry and document filing.
  • Client Communication: Make calls to existing clients to discuss service renewals and other matters.
  • Project Assignments: Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary Education or Above: A degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Be responsible, hard-working, and patient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Customer-Focused: Have good communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Language Skills: Possess a good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Additional Requirements: Fresh graduates will be considered, and the ability to work on weekdays is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately HKD 25,000 - HKD 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
