Business Development Associate

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at One Paramount Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and executing a range of banking and investment transactions.
About the RoleAs a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and guidance on their financial needs. You will also work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded;
- Execute complex banking and investment transactions, including structured products, equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits, and loans;
- Act as escalation contact for clients, local and foreign banks, investment companies, brokers, and internal departments;
- Provide administrative support to CROs on client meetings and business trip arrangements, expense reimbursement, and other ad-hoc assignments;
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 3-5 years of relevant client service experience in private banking, preferably with a focus on relationship management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Good technical skills in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages;
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with industry standards, which is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
