**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Associate to join our team at the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. As an integral part of our Membership and Business Development Department, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing membership strategies to meet business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of individual membership operations, including handling member enquiries, membership applications, and due diligence checks.
  • Development and implementation of activities to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction, such as events, mentorship programs, and competitions.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, professional institutions, and corporate members.
  • Preparation of reports to evaluate the effectiveness of membership activities and formulate improvement plans.
  • Creation of high-quality communication materials, including website content and social media posts, to promote member engagement and institute presence.
  • Support for the Membership Committee and Council as a secretariat.
  • Assistance with ad hoc projects assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in organizing events, talks, and student activities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Multitasking and flexibility, with adaptability to changing environments.
  • Ability to think critically and make effective decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree holder in marketing or business administration, with an understanding of local financial markets.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
  • High proficiency in both written and oral English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in professional associations is a plus.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between HKD 65,000 and HKD 85,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid annual leave.
