About the Job

TÜV Rheinland Greater China is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service support to assigned clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and prioritize daily order submissions, responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Manage troubleshooting and alert potential complaints to ensure swift resolution.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain a seamless workflow.

Requirements

  • A diploma or higher in Chemistry or other Science subjects, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in PC operation, with strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
