About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service matters to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and order processing.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiar with SQL system.
  • Able to communicate effectively in three languages: Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  • Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and good time management skills.
