Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Third Bridge (Hong Kong) Limited. This role will involve driving revenue growth by executing end-to-end sales cycles for smaller potential clients, from lead generation to closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate the value proposition of Third Bridge's primary research services across the entire suite of offerings.
- Prospect potential clients who fit onboarding criteria, develop relationships to understand their broader research needs, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Successfully transition new accounts to the account management team, including onboarding handoffs, introductions to key client stakeholders, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience or knowledge in selling directly or indirectly in a B2B company.
- Experience with selling to investment firms across private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices is preferred.
- A customer-centric attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships quickly over the phone.
- Demonstrable ability to create leads effectively with excellent networking skills.
- The self-motivation to reach sales goals.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Cold calling skills and the ability to prospect are necessary.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- 1-2 years of proven new business sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills with strong communication.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
This role offers a competitive salary range of HKD 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits, including:
- Vacation: 15 days (increasing to 20 days after 2 years of service).
