Job Overview
The Miramar Group seeks a skilled and courteous Front Office Associate to provide exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, and offering accurate information upon request.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and render accurate information upon inquiry
- Provide assistance at the club floor counter and the lounge

Requirements
- A minimum of diploma in Hotel studies
- 1 year hotel operations experience, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations area; fresh graduates may be considered
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Energetic with passion, cheerful and hospitable personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude
