What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs from hiring managers.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for front-line and business development roles for HK and China teams.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct resume screening, interviews, and assessments to identify high-quality candidates with the right skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well-versed in China market an advantage.
  • PasSion for acquiring new business knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and fast learner.
  • Able to multitask, learn quickly, follow through, problem-solve, comprehend customer relations, and have a proactive mindset.
  • Fresh graduate and/or IANG visa holder welcome.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
