Job OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in resourcing all levels of positions and managing large volume hiring within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop effective business partner relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to perform end-to-end recruitment functions, including bulk hiring, career fairs, on-site support, and special hiring programs. They will also work closely with line managers to devise innovative strategies to meet business and recruitment needs while developing the company brand as a preferred employer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective business partner relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including government bodies, universities, vocational institutions, NGOs, and HR-related communities.
- Act as a head-hunter and networker to identify and reach the best candidates at all levels, while developing and improving recruitment channels and platforms to establish a diverse pool of candidates.
- Work closely with line managers to devise appropriate strategies to meet business and recruitment needs, and develop the company brand as a preferred employer.
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in resourcing all levels of positions and managing large volume hiring within a fast-paced environment, ideally from the FMCG or retail industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the recruitment process and ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge.
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done.
- Ability to work under pressure, with good communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
