Staking Sales Professional

Hex Trust, a leading provider of institutional digital asset services, is seeking a Staking Sales Professional to spearhead the market entry for our cutting-edge staking solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing connections with institutional investors and funds, and introducing them to Hex Trust's innovative staking services.
About the Role:- Develop and implement a comprehensive market penetration strategy for staking services, focusing on key segments and identifying potential clients to maximize our market share.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and our company's staking objectives.
- Utilize your extensive network to identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors and funds, building a robust pipeline of prospects in the staking sector while fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the investment community.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in fund sales. Prior experience in a client-facing role at a staking firm or custodian is preferred.
- An in-depth understanding of the staking industry and its market within the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
