The Role:
- You will report to the Sales Director.
- Key customer relationship management and project management are the core responsibilities.
- Your goal will be to support the Sales Director in implementing our long-term strategy.
- You will cooperate with technical support engineers and factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects, is essential.
- You will visit customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers is crucial.
- You will support the company in meeting its HK & Macau business strategy.
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions (customer satisfaction) is also part of your role.
