Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at JC Executive Search. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the maintenance and operation of E&M, ELV systems and technical administration work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services, electrical or mechanical engineering, and a proven track record in supervisory roles. You will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and technicians, monitoring and reporting the performance of building contractors, and preparing operational manuals and other documentation.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant Engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years operation, maintenance and A&A work experience in E&M, MVAC, Electrical, BMS & ELV systems with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
