Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily office operations, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Coordinating office renovation projects from planning to execution, aligning with company goals.
- Negotiating and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers for high-quality services and products.
- Handling procurement processes, sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Developing strategies for effective workplace organization, including floor plan optimization for employee productivity and collaboration.
- Assisting in budgeting for facilities and renovation projects, tracking expenses, and providing regular reports to management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong background in vendor management and procurement processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing renovations or similar projects.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and dynamic.
- Able to multi-task and with a strong can-do spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese.
