  • Receive work orders and execute tasks according to daily schedules assigned by supervisors
  • Supervise outsourced contractors performing work under their responsibility
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of tools and materials for daily operations and assist engineering managers with ordering supplies
  • Carry out routine inspections of E&M facilities as directed by the engineering manager, record readings, and report any issues
  • Operate electrical, MVAC, fire services, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems within the facility
  • Respond to emergency calls or special duties assigned by the engineering manager in case of facility breakdowns or events
  • Support setup and management of major school functions and events
