Junior FX Partnerships Sales Role
The Partnerships & Indirect Sales team is a critical component of Ebury's growth and success in the Hong Kong market. As a Junior FX Partnerships Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners to drive revenue growth and expand Ebury's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling to leverage maximum revenue potential.
- Understand the needs of clients and present appropriate solutions to help grow partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals.
- Acquire expertise in the FX world and become a successful sales professional in a global Fintech environment.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
- Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to ensure smooth pipeline progression and maximize results.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building new relationships and a client acquisition mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years' experience in B2B partner-facing or client-facing functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.A structured approach to market research, planning, and organization.A passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.Business fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.About the Job
