Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in inputting partners' purchase orders, following up on business partners' and boutiques' requests, and maintaining department gifting inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in inputting partners' purchase orders into the internal system
  • Follow up on business partners' and boutiques' requests with internal teams
  • Maintain and keep track of department gifting inventory
  • Assist in operational requests and preparing shipments to partners and boutiques
  • Assist in documentation
  • Assist in administrative tasks for the team
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: BBA, Marketing, International Trade, or related disciplines
  • University students are also welcomed
  • Strong organizing skills, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible, and result-driven
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other office software
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
