About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Planning Specialist to join our team at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in company marketing projects, sharing customer insights, and ensuring service processes meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct service benchmarking to identify improvement initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction
- Innovate new ideas on service workflow and policy
- Handle departmental reporting and procedure manual
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- 4 years of relevant customer service experience
- Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in account servicing, quality assurance, or project management an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
