Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support and service to our global customers
  • Take ownership of individual customer queries, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
  • Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Research and resolve customer queries, updating system accounts accordingly
  • Record customer conversation details and actions taken
  • Continuously improve customer service by monitoring support communications
  • Be flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as needed

About You

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume queues in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Slack, and iOS environment (Mac)
  • Hardwired DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic internet (Satellite or wireless internet connections are prohibited)
  • Able to provide a private workspace free from distractions
  • Will to work evening and weekend shifts during busy periods

  • Additional language skills (Japanese and/or Korean a plus)
  • Interest in one of our verticals (Sneaker, Streetwear, Collectible, Handbag, Watch, Electronic)
