Ideal Candidate Profile


• Required qualifications include HKDSE/HKCEE or a diploma.


• Exceptional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.


• A mature and approachable demeanor.


• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.


• A commitment to excellent service and fulfilling customer promises.


• Adherence to established quality standards.


• Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and bilingual word processing in Chinese and English.


• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities


• Address customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.


• Resolve customer requests promptly, gathering necessary information to assist in problem resolution, including escalation when needed.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.


• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.


• Assist with additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.
