About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Engagement Team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring that they are fully informed and satisfied
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or service centre environment
  • HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification, with IIQE 1,3,5 preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
