Responsibilities Include:


• Addressing customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.


• Resolving issues within designated response times and gathering essential information to assist in problem resolution, including escalation when necessary.


• Collaborating with various teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.


• Maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions, ensuring tasks are completed within the established service timeframe and quality standards.


• Assisting with additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.
