About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our internal communications efforts and develop effective strategies to engage our employees and promote our employer brand.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading corporate communications, public relations, or social media management in a sizable organization, with a minimum of 8 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class employee communications plan to enhance our reputation and employer brand.
  • Plan and implement communications strategies for change management to create employee engagement and buy-in.
  • Curate content and support senior executives in various internal communication engagements.
  • Manage and effectively leverage different internal and social communication channels to promote our employer brand and values.
  • Manage all internal people communication channels and external social platforms directly related to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Create, deliver, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and engaging content.
  • Manage the internal communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of internal events and initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Oversee the design and execution of our corporate recognition and awards programs.
  • Work closely with our Customer and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in internal and external messaging and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Provide support on issues management, especially during crisis situations, and mitigate reputational risk by monitoring and managing social and mainstream media.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or social media management in a sizable organization with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
  • Experience leading and supporting communications associated with major organizational transformation and change activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of the communications landscape, trends, models, and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
