The position entails overseeing the daily operational execution and communication of essential HR functions across multiple regions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and related initiatives. A critical aspect of this role is to uphold and promote the core values and culture of the organization among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Management Team and department heads to evaluate staffing requirements and budgets, developing strategic hiring plans that encompass candidate sourcing and outreach.
  • Oversee the offer process from initial discussions to the preparation of all necessary documentation and contracts, ensuring candidate acceptance.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for all new hires on internal systems as part of their onboarding process.
  • Manage the preparation of all relevant documentation, including promotion and salary increase letters, probation reviews, and termination letters.
  • Handle all HR administrative tasks, ensuring that employee data is organized, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate with IT to establish email accounts and online access for new employees.
  • Act as the primary contact for all employee leave inquiries.
  • Supervise payroll processes, including tax calculations and payroll management.
  • Partner with leadership teams in various regions to develop tailored Human Resources programs that align with local guidelines and policies.
  • Manage the global talent planning process and collaborate with the Regional HR Director to create succession planning charts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.
  • Proficient in recruitment and networking strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with effective time management skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
