Operations and Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Administrative Services Manager to join our team at the Harvest Personnel Agency. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leaders, managing various office and household tasks, and developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Assistant CEO, including preparing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Manage various office and household tasks, including budgeting, procurement, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office workflow and efficiency.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in preparing and managing office and household budgets to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Project Coordination:
- Assist the CEO and Assistant CEO in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the CEO/Assistant CEO to various departments.
Personnel Management:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding of new employees.
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and relationships with vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, office management, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing HR functions and staff development is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR management, including recruitment and compliance with employment laws.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
