Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle daily financial tasks, including payment processing, bookkeeping, and record-keeping.
  • Support corporate administration by managing documents, maintaining compliance records, and facilitating company registration processes.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, coordinate meetings, and maintain communication records.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of operational experience, preferably in a blockchain environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and procedures.
