Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain travel products with up-to-date content and pricing information
* Optimize travel product information to increase conversion rates
* Support marketing and product administration activities
* Identify opportunities and implement new strategies for inbound and outbound travel needs
* Handle product enquiries, purchase orders, and customer support
* Execute and optimize marketing initiatives
* Create, maintain, and optimize Google ads and Facebook/IG Ads
* Enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for onsite product pages and blog articles
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Develop marketing collaterals and collaborate with relevant parties
* Ensure all marketing content is on-brand and optimize user experience for digital channels
* Plan and write unique and compelling copy for campaigns and social content

Requirements:

* Associate's degree or above in Marketing or Business Management or related disciplines
* Fresh graduate or 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or product management, preferably in travel or e-commerce fields
* Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Keywords Planner, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
* Detail-oriented, creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently and on multiple campaigns with tight schedules
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
